Depends on the scene, entirely. There are too many options for me to even think of, but try breaking the story down into the individual scenes.
Of course, "Puttin' on the Ritz" is a given. You *have* to include that.

I had to read it in College. I think Monster Mash would be funny with it if you want to go that way. If you want to be serious, the ones you listed are great. Also, something sad and gloomy for the parts where he wonders alone would be good.
