been looking all over for info on how to make this

it kind of looks like a sprial noodle that you wrap your hair around . please help

I think that's it, there's a section on poly clay, i am a doll sculptor so poly jewellery...not too sure.

From your brief description, you just roll "worms" of polymer clay and then wind them around a paper tube to make the spiral and fire them. Paper burns at 451F and you are curing at far below that temp.
