Need to defend a resume that includes 2 layoffs from 7 jobs. Would like to know if 2 lay offs in 18 years is above or below average.

I think your doing quite well in this day and age when our jobs are being sent to outher countries because of our poor leadership.
Back in my day a person could work at the same place untill they retired or walked across the street and got anouther job and i dont mean Mickey D jobs i mean good paying jobs.
Good luck with the resume i think you will do well.

theres nothing to defend about a layoff especially with taht record thats very good actually, being fired for something would be something else
