Why does WWE Ignore TNA, I mean WWE did not ignore WCW when it was still running, and the same back in the 80's with AWA & NWA. TNA says bad things and challanges WWE but WWE does not even egknowledge TNA I don't even know if they know it exists. If WWE does not challange TNA, the WWE is going to have less ratings than TNA, and TNA only has One show, and WWE has Three. WWE & TNA need to make this the new Monday Night War between WWF & WCW, but this time it will be WWE & TNA.

look at it this way, wcw was a good company and had a ggod amount of fans watching their show, at some point more than the wwf, tnais still a very small company, yea they have a 2 hour time slot, but they just got it, yea they have ppv, but barely anyone buys them, its gonna be a long time before tna can get to the wwe's level. its not very smart to acknowledge your competition, yea wwe nos about tna, they no they mock them, they no they make fun of vince, they no they make open challegnges, but wwe is being smart and ignoring everything. if the wwe did mention tna or even respond a little, it would be like tna winning the lottery, millions of people would wonder what tna is and start to watch it, maybee even like it more than wwe, so its not a smart thing to do. vince knows every time he loses a wrestler they dont just go home and sit on they couch, they eventually end up in tna, wwe isnt obliviuos to tna, but its just all about the bussiness, if u ask me, i think tna should stop mentioning the wwe on tv, like this past week they mentioned the nwo, wcw, and the wwe in one way or another, maybe not all verbally but in promos and segments, i mean rikishi tried to be like the rock, tna should stop and focus on improving there program, they have the potential to compete with the wwe, but they have to put it all together and make great matches , then the wwe will see them as a threat and then and only then will we have them compete against each other

They arent really ignoring them. They are getting better talent recently to try and drown them out. Lets put it this way.... Every week TNA talks about the WWE somehow. Now if someone didnt know anything about WWE and was watching TNA and heard this, wouldnt that make them want to find out and watch what the WWE had to offer? If the WWE wants to keep TNA in the background away from viewers they will not mention them on television, thus keeping the fans away from them. Now as far as the WWE VS. TNA thing goes, if all the talent in TNA decides that they want to make a statement and start showing up at WWE events, which channel are you going to watch? Is it the channel of WWE with both WWE and TNA Talent or The channel with no one on it??

That's actually the complete opposite of good business. TNA is nowhere near competing fully with the WWE, so why acknowledge them and pretty much allow fans to realize that there's competition? And why would they want another Monday Night War? WWE nearly went out of business at that point, why would they want to take the risk to facing another company.

Besides, the difference between acknowledging WCW and TNA is that WCW was actually beating WWE in ratings. TNA isn't, and won't for some time.

WCW was in direct compitition with Raw (Monday Night Wars) TNA isn't.

Once TNA moves to Monday night or Raw to Thursday (WWE wont challenge TNA with ECW or Smackdown) WWE will then acknowledge TNA and hopefuly put on a better show.

They don't really because WWE know that TNA are rising and and they want TNA's talent like Sting,Angle and Samoa Joe amongst others.WWE tried bringing Joe into WWE but Joe refused so WWE created their own Samoan.....Umaga.WWE were afraid because WWE superstars like Benoit and Kane and others were thinking of going to TNA so WWE brought back ECW which didn't help because TNA are either equalizing or beating ECW in ratings.WWE also copy TNA with some of their matches like the cell match with weapons hanging down inside.

Oh they know it exists, they're not stupid. Vince lost Kurt Angle to TNA, I'm pretty sure he's not oblivious to it, but as others are saying, why give TNA free advertising? Over half of the wrestling fan population isn't aware TNA exists, so why make them aware and lose a majority of your demographic?

WCW did something like this, they gave away spoilers to Raw on Mondays (back when Raw was pre-taped) and you know what happened? People tuned into Raw because they wanted to see the things WCW was talking about happen. It's not smart business to acknowledge a competitor, and frankly, i can't remember an instance where Vince DID acknowledge WCW on his programming. It's stupid business.

Why should they give them attention?

If WWE gave TNA attention, they would be "promoting" them inadvertantly. WWE knows they exist, and they know Voodoo Kin Mafia keeps mentioning them, but the best thing for the WWE is to not acknowledge them by saying their name or mentioning anyone on contract there.

TNA is too small to challenge right now, and the WWE doesn't need to challenge them. There will be no Monday Night War with TNA because RAW and iMPACT don't air at the same time.

When you are in competiton with another company it is wise for the leading or more prominent company to not mention or acknowledge their competiton. If you remember back in the Monday Night Wars WCW would bring up WWE alot. However WWE who really always had some lead (minus the 52 week WCW streak) never brought up WCW. Sure they would parody them maybe even make somewhat wink wink comments that only smark fans would get. But I guarantee you nobody ever brought up WCW at least on the constant basis that Eric Bischoff talked about WCW
