My friend and I have been playing loads of horror games on our ps2 but we have specifics that we're interested in. We really need to find a new game to play. We're in love with the Fatal Frame series and we've also played Haunting ground, Rule Of Rose and Clock Tower 3. We don't like shooting games or anything straying from those sorts of concepts. Anyone have any ideas?

We tried Siren, Kuon and Obscure and the Resident Evils and Silent Hill. Any ideas?

If you liked those then try Cold Fear, Ghost Hunter and Primal.
I will also recommend Beyond Good & Evil, it's not a horror game where you fight zombies, instead you fight aliens!! It's really cool and you get to drive a hovership and a spaceship and the main character is a Heroine named Jade. Have fun!! GAME ON!!!!

Wow, you've ruled out almost every horror series I can think of! Well, I've never played BloodRayne, but I've heard it's an interesting action/horror series.

I answered this question because I wanted to recommend a truly glorious horror game for the GameCube (just in case you owned one). It's Eternal Darkness - Sanity's Requiem. This is by far one of the most unique, interesting, and down right scary games I've ever played. Here is an IGN review, read it for yourself (they gave it a 9.6/10):

This game is a must play for fans of the horror genre. A really unique feature in this game is the "Sanity Meter". When it gets low, you start to hallucinate. I don't want to post any spoilers, but let's just say this makes for an interesting gaming experience. I truly hope you get the chance to play this game.

You could try "The Suffering" and its sequel. Its one of my favorite horror games.

Besides that I think you have played through most of the good, popular horror games. Might have to dig deep now and find those rare horror games.
