Please, depending on your position, state whatever reasons, values, or emotions define your morality or ethics

Someone said: "I'm not sure whether you're talking about epistemology or ontology."

My view:

Neither, "morality or ethics", initially and for discussion purposes, are considered separate from those areas of philosophy. Although in a unified and consistent philosophy all areas of philosophy supposedly and desirably harmonize or integrate.

Your morality determines what you value and the belief system that guides all your decisions in life. This morality should be based on what will further your needs most effectively to make you thrive as a human being. Reason and logic will be your best friend when determining your morality. Even people who say they act from their heart are doing what seems to make the most sense and "feels right" This is basic logic working at it's best for most people.

If you are more analytical you will find a way to make things act more consistently and effectively in the future, and not just in the moment. So, you strive to learn and understand why your morality is the way it is, and question if and how it can be more effective.

When you say "based on," I'm not sure whether you're talking about epistemology or ontology. In other words, I don't know whether you're asking where morals come from or how we know about them.

I think if there are objective moral values, they must come from a transcendent personal being.

I think moral knowledge comes from intuition as well as reason. It requires a process of reason to apply a moral premise to a situation. For example:

1. It's wrong to harm people without justification.
2. Punching random strangers in the nose harms them without justification.
3. Therefore, it's wrong to punch random strangers in the nose.

there is fairly some distinctive ethical philosophies. Kant, as an occasion, tried to derive ethical concepts from the beginning place of reason. some are faith based (as is the Mosiac regulation); others political. some conceptions of morality are extra empirical than rational or suited, and attempt to derive concepts from nature or cultural anthropology. Arguing from Kant's perspective: reason is familiar, whilst morality is in simple terms relative to the undertaking (for that reason too variation as a beginning place), so it could in hassle-free terms make experience to base morality upon reason and not any different way around.

In my opinion, it depends on the situation. Ideally, all of our decisions should be made on the moral values we have for ourselves but often in real life we have to do what is best for us and those we care about who depend on the decisions we make...it sometimes leads to our choices being not exactly black or white but many shades of gray.

Of course, there are lines that our own small inner voices should never allow us to cross - but as human beings, all of us think about crossing them from time to time.

As far as defining my stance on morality, I'd have to state the golden rule - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Unfortunately, I've found through my own life experience, many folks in the real world don't play by the same rules as I do.

Realistically, sometimes you have to take the gloves off, and being nice is not an option. Thank God that these situations are a lot more rare than cable TV would have you believe.

To be a moral or an ethic person ,in my opinion is to be a good person,no meter the religion ,race or sex. Maybe ,someday you did a bad think to somebody but you did not realize, this is ignorance is not making you a bad person ,the same when you try to help somebody and you hurt someone else , but if you deliberated think to hurt or worst plan to hurt somebody, that make you an immoral person.

It's based on truth in the sense of upholding the word. Declare who you are to others and do what you say.

The bible is where my morals and ethics are based because it is the inspired word of God. I mean you have the creator of the universe telling you the conduct for life, what more do you need?
