Chattell(Slaves) was considered a tangible property.
Made 3/5 human...

***** black and color were discriptions not a nationality. So we could never gain full human rights. Due to the 3/5 clause. and 14th 15th ammendments. May it that the indeginous blacks of America turned slave were DE-NATIONALIZED never to be citizen.
No nationality no reparation. no apology...
Certainally never took the OATH!
...maybe temporary citizens on April 15 to make us feel inclusive. Sigh!
