Forget the bottom layers, chop off the dangling bottoms about an inch and let the layers even out - that would really accent your really nice features and make you look your sharpest. You could have the layer to the chin and one below but not so much longer that way, closer together and shorter. Continue with natural makeup to enhance your really pretty eyes and even skin tone.
You look about Laguna Beach age.
Cutting the hair puts you in the tens :)

I can't really tell how old you look just by your face. It depends on your whole body. And I'm really bad at guessing ages, so if I'm wrong, I'm really sorry. You look kinda 14/15.
You definitely aren't goth or poser. Not really skater, your hairstyle is very preppy.
