I can twist both my arms backwards so the bottom part of my arm is facing upwards without moving my hand at all, just my arms.
Does this mean im double jointed?

Like i can bend them right around backwards, so it looks like the whole other side of my arm. Then when i let my arm go it springs back into place.

No, everyone can do that. The shoulder is what is moving here and it's what's known as a ball and socket joint.
Further more, double jointed does not exist. If it did then not only would your knees bend the "normal" way (like they do know) and also the completely opposite way. In other words, you would be able to kick yourself in the face. It's just not possible.
