It's notchy when shifting to 3rd. Sometimes is grinds? Any solutions?

Honda had a dealer advisory out in the U.S. that says this condition could be caused by "old" transmission fluid. Honda has a "new" blend may be the answer to your question.
Here's the info from that advisory note:
new Honda Genuine
MTF (P/N 08798-9031, H/C 8429094). This new
MTF offers better overall shift quality

if the fluid doesn't help then you want to check the motor mounts first as that could also be a cause. If not, the problem would almost certainly be internal to the 3rd gear shift fork and that would require that the transmission come out for repair. That condition should be covered under warranty by Honda. The transmission fluid change is not a warranty item as it is considered maintenance.
