The San Diego defense may limit Culpepper's ability to throw effectively......the Chargers defense is going to force the Raiders to establish a running attack before going to the air on a consistent basis. Garcia has more lives than a cat and he seems to fit into the offensive scheme set forth by the Bucs. He will be running more than usual and should put up some solid numbers against the Titans it what may be a high-scoring game. Use Garcia.

That's tough, Culpepper probably. Tennessee has a better defense that SD right now, TN gives up fewer passing yards. Plus TB has no running game.

J.Garcia is a stable QB to win the game BUT does not put up HIGH fantasy points....
D.Culpepper is a hit or miss....
He can get you 18-25 fantasy points or barely nothing!
SO to GAIN the high rewards you gotta GAMBLE!!!
