Wisconsin isnt the only ranked team to lose (#21 Florida State lost and along with Wisconsin should fall out of top 25) so it is possible that Penn moves up- they beat Wisconsin handily

No, unless wins over Florida International, Buffalo, and 1-6 Notre Dame should be worth anything.

With the rankings this year, does it really matter? There is not even a clear #1 now. Nothing but controversy. Again!
