Hedwig and the angry inch is a totaly jacked movie/musical about a tranny who had a botched sex change operation (hence the angry inch) good songs in it though. Flowers in the Attic is weird, Velvet goldmine also, Boys dont cry, and whats eating gilbert grape are all sorta messed up And realistic

American Beauty made me feel uneasy because it was narrated by the main character who was dead, of course you don't know that til the end.
Sunset Boulevard a classic, and has the similar uneasy story.
