Do you mean burn documents TO a CD-rom?

You cannot burn document from a cd . You mean burn them to a cd rom . you need to make a data cd. what ever program your using find the option of creating a data cd. Most likely the document will not be huge so make sure you do not finalize the cd other wise you will not be ablity to burn on it again . When you finialze a cd in computer terms it is like a lock that cant be broken .

Your question is insufficent to be answered,however i will try.
cd-rom means compact disk read only memory..a disk which can we written only once.
Now you have asked how you can burn documents from cd-rom
Burning is used for writing files to a disk(cd/dvd) You can only burn files to a disk and not from disk.
Please provide more details as to where you want to move the files.
