First of all Paris is in France, not Italy.
And I think Venice would have to be the most romantic city. Some people say that because they think they know what Venice is like, but you have to go there to really see how truly beautiful and romantic it's like.
But I think I'll have to change my answer once I go to Santorini, Greece. I plan of living there someday (along with checking out the Greek guys!).

People who live in Paris are french,not italian.And for me it would be Venice,Italy.Built entirely on water and those people with the striped shirts and the hat things travel with you..very romantic expecially at night!
