My husband surprised me with a trip to go see Cirque de Soleil "Love" in Vegas for our one year anniversary. I feel so lucky that he got it for me and I don't want to sound superficial...but the gift I wanted to get him (Wii) is totally extinct everywhere I went. I would like to get him something special...but I have no idea what. Any ideas from guys out there? Thanks so much!

If you really want to get him a Wii give him a home made gift certificate stating that as soon as you can find a Will you will be getting him one. You might also give him a gift certificate for a personal massage, or a specific task he hates to do. Or sex. That way he can redeem one of his gift certificates now, then when you find the Wii he'll get a gift then.

Then hop on a bus and come to Des Moines, IA. We've seen them at Wal*Mart and Target just today. [Trying to decide if we want one or not.]

Buy doing a google search for Wii, I was able to locate two retailers that will ship them to you and have them in stock. This took me less than 2 minutes so if you want to get him the Wii, you should be able to. If it will not get there in time, then give him a nice card with an IOU for the Wii, and list the date is expected to be received! You may want to get one or two games for it and wrap them with the IOU instead of the card, depending on what your budget allows!

Congratulations on making it through the first year!

Ebay, dear, Ebay. If you can't find it on Ebay for a good price then it doesn't exist. And the Post Office delivers.
