As far as I know Dreft and Ivory Snow do not have High Efficiency formulas. I'm not sure what my other options are. Are there any?

ALL Free and Clear [it's Dye Free and Fragrance Free].
Even LESS fragrance than Dreft .. and much cheaper :]

cheer era and tide all make allergen free and are good for sensitive skin. and a lot cheaper. target also has its own brand of baby detergent.

We use ALL Free and Clear. It's gentle enough for babies clothes, and strong enough to give a thorough cleaning for baby clothes, and yours too.

Tide HE works just fine here, in both the poop-stain-removal and non-bothersome-to-baby departments.

I like tide but I also double rinse everything. Plus I get tide he from Sam's club.

anything that is not scented is fine--I prefer Tide but if you prefer a "baby" detergent--this is the only HE that I know of

Woolite is also very mild and HE.
