Nope. But he does play an important part in Saw 4, just like in all the other movies. I'm not giving anything away,so lets just say that some key objects in Saw 4 are a stomach and a tape......

no he was killed by the guy whom was stuck in one of his mental games but I guess he made a few more recordings during saw 3 to make saw 4

He died in the end of the third movie so I doubt it.I havent seen saw 4 yet but I imagine one of his children took over his job of torturing people
