What you may want to do is replace your springs with Moog or TRW standard replacements. Moog springs are avalable on -line @ autopartswarehouse.com. TRW's - at any local Advance Auto. The spring rates will be slightly higher and at the same time it's very important to upgrade your struts. autoparts warehouse has KYB units which will kelp provide more control to the higher spring rates.
If you'd like to study spring rates a little closer go to any local AC Delco parts dealer. Their spring catalog is the one and only place you can gather all the specifications of your standard springs and make cloices in all the catagories: Wire diameter, free height, installed height and pounds per inch of spring travel.
