You know, I am so sick and tired of this Liberals are "anti-American" BS. How am I anti-American? I love my country and I only want what is best for America. I support my troops, I mean my own cousin is in Iraq, but this war was not based on the truth. We did not find what we were looking for but we continued to stay there. I am not sure what our government was thinking at that time... that we could completely wipe terrorism out of Iraq without finishing the job in Afghanistan? We also let our attackers get away into Pakistan where they are building strength because no one can get them there. We had no real goal there and now that we realized we made a mistake we just need to clean it up the best we can and leave. This is what 70% of Americans think and this is what I think. Conservatives who are for this war, what is SO wrong about the simple acknowledgment of these facts, just because they prove that things are not as dandy as you want them to be? Are all Americans who want the troop

the troops home anti- American? Also don't call me a socialist. I am all for businesses being able to provide services. I think if someone can afford health care and they want to pay for it so be it but why does a middle class hard working family who suddenly has someone who becomes ill and they cannot afford health care do they deserve to go bankrupt and to the point where they cannot pay for that person's treatment anymore? NO WAY. Same for people who cannot afford food .

those who speak up when they disagree with government are just what this country is all about.

I suppose you feel that anyone who is anti war is anti American, right? I am quite conservative, however I do not believe in war, this one or others either so I guess that make me anti-American. As for this war being based on truth, there was WMD's for sure! Read your history and go back to the 'liberal' Clinton administration which knew that Saddim had WMD's and did NOTHING about it. Furthermore the liberal house democrats voted for this war. As for your figure of 70% I see you are as gullible as others who belive the liberals when things are not going their way.
Remember this, there is no difference between the republicans and democrats. Pay close attention when you listen to these politicians speak and you will come to learn they ALL have the same agenda.

According to propaganda pundits such because the "3 stooges"--Hannity, Limbaugh, and Beck--that's actually the case. To moderates and liberals, nevertheless, fact continues to be primary, and the ravings of the ones hyperbole artists are totally irrational, unworthy of attention, insulting to all people, and harmful, to not point out that the riding drive in the back of their scams is the multi-billionaires of BP, the coverage enterprise, gigantic oil, and the complete rotten warmness of wicked criminals who've attempted rough to spoil the nation for over a century.

First, Iraq had WMD ( Bill Clinton said they did, and Saddam
used ingredients from them to murder his own people. He
dumped their bodies into a huge pits dead or alive. He was a
very evil dictator). The WMD were sent to Syria via passenger
planes during all that time it took for The Inspectors (sent by
the U.N.) to arrive over there (months and months). I think when someone from the Congress says we've lost the war,
then they should be called anti-American. When Democrats
and Hollywood names side with the enemy and say we're
the bad guys, then they are anti-American. When anyone calls
our President and our Government, Hitler and Aggressors
then they are anti-American. When Democrats try to defund
the war when we have American troops over there, then they
are anti-American. When Democrats want to wave the white
flag, pull our troops and flee; then they are anti American.
Why can't you see this? Real Americans should all pull
together to win in Iraq; help the poor mistreated people over
there so they can live a life as you do and say whatever they
want to as you can; set up a democratic government (which
has been done in places); and then gradually bring our troops
home.....ahhh, that is success and the way it should be when
America is the strongest Nation, the most moral Nation, and
the most free Nation in the whole world. Let's band together
and keep it that way. Democrats have tried to split the
Country and that is very ugly and degrading.

So your goal to surrender to terrorists, give them an oil producing treasure trove and let them plan more attacks. Here's the deciding question.. do you really believe they won't attack American targets? How else should we regard your desire to have well funded terrorists attacking our countrymen? It certainly isn't pro-American..
As for health-care, there IS no such thing as free health-care. That family who can't afford the extra money to buy insurance.. is going to find themselves being FORCED to cough up that much ( or probably more ) in increased taxes to pay for this new health care system. They are NOT going to be any better off.
But I don't know that you're anti-American so much as just naive and ignorant.

It's an empty argument for conservative windbags who can't think for themselves and have a lot of unresolved rage. Don't even pay attention to it. It makes no sense. You're wasting brain power trying to understand it.

I am a moderate, and I believe that most libs are anti-American. Not because they are against the war in Iraq, but because they support amnesty for the 20 to 38 millions of illegal aliens who have invaded our great country. Politicians like Shitzer in NY, Daley in Chicago, and Newsome in San Fran are criminals and traitors for aiding and abetting the illegal alien invasion.
The libs want to appease the al qaeda fanatics who declared war against us and have been killing Americans since the Twin Tower bombings in 1993. They want to ignore the threat from Iran and allow Iran to gain nuclear weapons. They want to put their heads in the sand and allow our country to become a socialist paradise like Mexico. I say NO!

The cons said we want America to lose when we said there were no WMD's.
The cons said we want America to lose when we said the elections wouldn't change anything.
The cons said we want America to lose when we said we didn't believe Bush when he said we were "making progress" in Iraq... in 2003... in 2004... in 2005... in 2006... and this year too.
The cons said we want America to lose when we ridiculed Cheney when he said the insurgency was in it's last throes... two years ago.
The cons said we want America to lose we called Rumsfeld a failure.
The cons said we want America to lose when we pointed out that the surge wasn't working.
Maybe it's time to stop listening to Bush and all the other backers of this war who have been wrong about it 100% of the time, and listen to the people who have been consistently right about Iraq from the beginning, the 'libs' you hate so very much.
