Just wanted people opinions...I feel like getting one but I'm not too sure. And is Final Fantasy a lot like Kingdom Hearts?? Like what do you do?? Just fight??

That is very tough for me to decide, but I would say Kingdom Hearts only because I liked that battle system or real time more.

I would say Kingdom Hearts. It has a nice story, characters, and it's very interactive. Well, same for Final Fantasy, I guess :)
Final Fantasy is alot like KH because they're made by the same company, Square Enix. But FInal Fantasy has been around a long time, so you're better off getting KH1/COM/KH2.
I played Kingdom Hearts more than Final Fantasy, so I guess that affect my choice.
PS- There's secret endings as well...

Both are RPGs made by Square-Enix. That's pretty much where the similarities end, other than the occasional cameo of a Final Fantasy character in a Kingdom Hearts game. I prefer the Final Fantasy series, but that is just my opinion.
Final Fantasy is traditionally a turn-based RPG, but the 12th in the series is a bit different (and the 11th is a MMORPG, and there are a few spin-offs of other FF games, and Tactic games). Info about FF series of games:

Very tough call. They both have amazing stories. You may be better off going with Kingdom Hearts, you miss alot if you haven't been playing Final Fantasy for a long time.

For now, I would choose KH...because Final Fantasy has lost its touch...don't know what Square is doing...The most amazing storyline was 7, and 10 was great also...but I think you're better off playing KH...its storyline is great also...
And about the gameplay, KH is more realtime, while FF is about time bars...(kind of)...
Of course, from the beginning to the end, you fight...
