I'm curious how many times you're going to ask the same question in different ways??
Most of your problem is that you have 12 fish stuffed in less then a 10 gallon tank. These poor guys are fighting for room. Think of yourself in a tiny closet where you couldn't move and you had 11 other people in there with you knocking in to you and pushing and shoving.......you'd start bullying for your space too! You're lucky they are not dead from poisons in the tank (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, etc.).
The way to fix it is simple.....get a bigger tank!
Please get a bigger tank.

Mollies can be bullies at times, especially if the other fish you have are smaller or more timid than the molly.
If all your fish are mollies, I'd have to agree that you have too many fish in the tank - it may be a mother and fry, which is okay for their sizes now, but not when the fry grow up. For size, just about any other species than a school of neons, cherry barbs, guppies or something of a similar size would be too many fish in your tank, and if the others are all neons, they require different water conditions than mollies, so these wouldn't be the best of tankmates.
Also, you don't seem to be aware that you can add information to an existing question - you don't need to ask a new question each time. In the toolbar below your question there's a pencil icon (only the person asking the question can see it) that can be used to "add details". This saves you from having to repeat the question and use points.
And other users should be aware that it's poor form to give thumbs down to answers in earlier questions for giving answers based on what information was stated at that time. As new information is given, answers might be edited to reflect the new info.
While 12 neons or guppies would not be overstocking a 35 liter tank (with sufficient filtration), 12 mollies would be. And to this point, we only know the species of two of the fish, so the tank in question may not be overstocked at all. (And I also expect to see thumbs down from the two people giving thumbs down for saying this, although there's nothing incorrect about my answers or pointing out there still isn't enough information to say this tank is overstocked!)

commonly particular, in the adventure that your new fish is smaller in length. I unquestionably have 2 small clownfishes that have been outdated and a tomato clownfish that replaced right into a clean one. The tomato clownfish replaced into plenty larger than the different 2, so it began nipping and attacking the different 2 older tank friends. i think of it is extra of the dimensions, particularly than how new or outdated the fish is and the species of the fish concerns too. in case you prefer to circumvent such circumstances, i think of it is extra useful to launch the recent fish whilst there is not any lights or little lights. The older fishes will then not word the recent fish and possibilities of the recent fish being bullied is decreased. nevertheless, the dimensions and species of the fish concerns. it extremely is seen bullying besides the indisputable fact that it seems extremely undesirable! It would not look effective whilst the fishes are so aggresive.

35L is smaller than a 10 gallon tank. This tank is too small for 11 fish, this is the cause of the bully behavior. I would get rid of some fish, or get a bigger tank (29 gallon would be good). Good luck.
