the top is bebe the jeans are seven and the boots are prada, its nice stuff, only I don't want to stand out. And it doesn't look like clubbing gear. (And you never know this is LA a guy might show up in jeans and heels.)

If it is a VERY informal wedding, like in a backyard or a BBQ at a park, it might be OK, but you should ask the bride or groom first if you can. If you do wear jeans, wear the darkest wash possible. Darker washes look more formal than lighter washes or distressed styles, which are more casual.
Otherwise, why don't you go somewhere like Target or Walmart and grab some cheap slacks?

I wouldn't recommend it, but if the wedding party understands that they are all you have, then I guess it would be OK.
Just make sure they are solid color (no washes or dyes) and have no holes or shiny buttons or any weird prints. Clean cut, boot cut with heels and a nice top would work.
Just make sure you wear a really nice shirt to draw attention from the jeans.

I would not wear jeans to a wedding reception, could you possibly borrow some dress slacks from someone?

I would say it's okay if your jeans are dark with no rips, holes or anything.
As long as you pair it with classy heels and a nice dress shirt, I'm sure it's fine.

Only if the jeans are tailored trouser jeans! I listed an example below.

I personally don't think so, but it's usually specified what type of clothing you should wear to the event in the invitation.

I really don't think so. they spent all that money and it would be nice if you would at least try to dress up.. even a pair of black pants you don't have?? i guess if you have a really nice shirt maybe. I would recommend not thou.
