Yes, I feel that way too. I think all women and men do. In school as well. I spend little on clothes, but recieve a lot. You need to find bundles. Cheap, but new. I spend say, 12% of my monthly salary on clothes. But, it looks like I spent 40 - 50%. You need to look around for smart deals. Brands now a day really don't mean much, its the look it gives. Mixing an matching helps aswell. Also with shoes. Wear jeans with boots one day, the next time you were those jeans were flat shoes or whatever your style. Jewlery migh tmake a difference. I don't wear t often. But also, color makes you stand out more, if thats what you want. I use to plan out my whole weekly schedule of clothes, lol. Maybe you can try that. Then if you have something in mind, write it down. Look for it and you might find something similar under-priced :). Good Luck!

Too much! I am lucky in that I own my home and have no rent or mortgage to pay - I would say that at least 30% of my income goes on clothes, although I do not buy a great number of items; quality is far more important to me than quantity and I also prefer to shop as ethically as possible when it comes to the origin of the clothes and accessories I wear. It's worth pointing out that I work in a 99% male environment where we all have to wear overalls and safety gear, so comparing my outfits to other peoples' doesn't come into it - I just like to wear nice things when I'm not at work (for obvious reasons mentioned above!). Spending your hard-earned money to impress other people is always foolish, irrespective of what you spend it on.

I don't spend money on clothes every month. probably under $100 for every 4 months.
If you buy quality pieces that can interchange and matches, you dont need to buy tons of clothes. Buy a few inexpensive jewelry sets and mix/match your clothes with a vest, interesting scarf or belt and some nice earrings.
Don't get caught up in the comparison game... you have better things to spend your hard earned cash on. While they're broke, you can tell them of that great trip you're saving up to take!

Less than .o4 % for all four of us.
I seem to purchase the majority of everyone's clothes, so I should know.
When I was young and single, I had no bills [ car and school loans paid off, by me! ] so I would buy one new thing a month
[ top, pants, shoes, bag, coat, etc. ].
I am still doing that, and almost always buy things on sale.
My kids have learned the same technique. [ we also use it for Christmas presents - buy one a week, and you won't go broke at Christmas time! ]

I spend a little. I mix and match so that I can wear the same clothes but they look different with different things. Also accessorize. I different belt or a scarf can give an outfit a whole different look.

As a man, I would just like to say that we don't care how much you spend on clothes. So long as you are fun to be with and don't take life too seriously, we really couldn't care less. We love you just as you are.
By all means, dress to impress other women - but don't do it for us. Just be you.

Practically nothing, most of my clothes are older than my kids. I wish I was joking.
