the heads of the different committees and sub committees can receive any information that is in their direct duty of governance. so yes the ones that need to be privy too.

Not if President Bush uses Executive privilege to prevent them from seeing it!

Which he has abused this privilege by using it most of the time when he doesn't want to turn over things to Congress or the justice department!

No. The Administration may choose to release some info to some Congressmen, if they feel it is safe. Usually it is not. Some boneheaded liberal is always leaking confidential information to the press. They think undermining the President is more important than national security.

Yes. But they have to request to see it and go through the president to see it. But the Dems had every right to check up on th authenticity and factual basing of what they were told up to the Iraq and they didn't.
