10 - 200 x = 4950 + 11x
- 4940 = 211 x
x = - 4940 / 211

First let's put in more parentheses:
200((10-200x)/(450+x))=1.1(2000)
then
(10-200x)/(450+x)=1.1(2000)/200
=1.1(10)
=11
10-200x=11(450+x)=4950+11x
10=4950+11x+200x
10-4950=211x
-4940=211x
-4950/211 = x
