I've been told I was ugly, and that I was pretty. Ugly, but a some of kids at school, and pretty by old women. Is this why I no guys seem to be interested in me? Am I pretty or ugly in your opinion? I consider myself plain but not ugly.

You are not ugly at all!
You look lovely and your beauty is very natural. You look confident and possess grace as person. The grace comes out of you and makes you look really beautiful.
Because your beauty is natural, you don't need to be a high maintence person with all that make-up and hair styling rubbish.
Don't listen that repsondant who ask you to wear makeup-that's just vacuous! (sorry-but it has to be said).
It's really hard sometimes to go through life and just be yourself and not get caught up with all the hype around beauty. I'm not sure how old you are, but as you get older, you'll find and understand that beauty is from within and no matter how you look physically, as long as you are a kind and caring person and think well, you will always look lovely.
Confidence will develop as you get older and you'll understand and appreciate yourself more. That'll will make and keep you beautiful.
Have you ever come across a person whom you thought was neither pretty or ugly, but once you got to know them, they're the most beautiful person in the world? Or those people who hold themselves with confidence and grace?
If you can understand that, then you'll understand that you yourself are beautiful too.
People who tell you to your face that you're ugly tend to be ugly people themselves-particularly their personality-and that makes them ugly. Even if they are drop dead gorgeous, if they're ugly, their personality shines through and you see them for what they are. Ugly and just nasty.
Anyway, enough of my rambling. You look beautiful and your personality shines through. Try not to worry yourself too much about your looks. You aren't plain. You have natural beauty-that doesn't mean plain sweetie. ^_^ Think natural-like flowers. Even if some flowers look plain-they're still beautiful.
Also, don't get caught up about the whole "no guys are interested in me". Just be yourself. Most often when you aren't thinking or worrying about guys is when relationships happen. ^_^
Just be yourself and keep being around friends and family and socialise. There will be someone for you. Just don't think about it and I promise that someone will find you. Or you may even find them when you least expect it! ^_^
JUST BE YOURSELF.
Here's some reading material too. I know it seems to focus on being "sexy" but please ignore all that. Some parts of it I think are rubbish, but it's a nice way to build your confidence. The general gist of it all relates to practical confidence building. Be confident! JUST BE YOURSELF!

You're not ugly. Nobody is really ugly. For the guys at school calling you ugly, ignore them, they're just trying to impress each other and show off. If you don't like something about yourself, change it. Don't change because other people want you to, change because YOU want too. I've been down this road so many times. We're all PINK on the inside, the beauty is in our differences.

the kids that are telling you you're ugly are SO insecure! eeven if you they look pretty- believe me they are so insecure inside and that's why they're taking it out on you.
there probably is a guy interested in you but is too shy to go for it. he might be one of your friends....at your age guys arent gonna go for everyday girl-next-door type. they'll either go for a girl that they've known forever or a girl that they know will say yes (i think u know what i mean LOL)

I think you possess a natural beauty. It doesn't matter what other think though, its what you think. And even if people say you are ugly, you should still think of yourself as beautiful.
