It was Winston Churchill who said it. He said "if you are not a liberal by the time you are 20, you do not have a heart. If you not a conservative by the time you are 40, you do not have a brain.

Churchill said something like that. I do not agree, how would he know by this century how much dumber one side is , than the other side. He sounded like he condoned flip flopping. I don't.
