My moments when I lose it are not angry moments - they are times when something tickles my fancy and I start laughing and just cannot stop - almost to the point of hysteria and definitely past the point of knowing what I was laughing at, that's my 'losing it'. Anger and stress I deal with reasonable well and manage to keep both under wraps and under control.

Depends on what you mean by "lose it." Break down and cry from stress? Maybe once a month or so. Completely come unhinged and smash stuff? Twice in my life.

What do you mean 'Moments of Madness'. It is usually when I get dross questions on YA.
And I take out my frustration on my poor keyboard.

Often.
When? Usually when I'm stressed, I do manic dancing to calm down.
Why? Because it's actually healthy to get all the frustration out. Just don't do it public lol! xx
