Not a darn thing! He is our President, he took us to war, Congress & the Senate didn't stop him! If Americans have tortured, they didn't do it on American soil, if they did engage in torture, it was up to the two houses to do something about it. To my knowledge, no one in either house has done anything about the question of torture. How can you accuse a man of a crime when no one has proven that he has committed a crime? If he has, why haven't those elected to do our bidding, done their jobs? In my opinion, if there is no crime accusation, there can be no crime. Besides, I don't think that it is possible for the Democrats to take over all 3 houses in the next election! Once he has left office is not the time to do anything, if there is anything to be done!

We will withdraw from Iraq, retreat in the war on terror and any form of torture in any way, no matter how small will be banned. In other words we will lose the war on terror and many more Americans will die.

He will go home to Texas and live on his ranch in Crawford. Course you are wanting people to say he will be tried for something or other and put in jail. Course you are also assuming that the Dem's will win everything. Lots of assumptions here.
