yes i do think that such as my father, but in the end he did produce me and thats cool, but we lived very bad lives up until he went o jail for abusing us.

Yes and no. I think there are people that shouldn't be allowed to reproduce, but I don't think there should be any regulatory commission to make those determinations. A person only has a finite amount of time in which they can have children. They don't want to waste all that time going through an appeals process if somebody messed up on their paperwork, and you know how the government can be when it comes to appeals and paperwork.

Absolutely. What is it with straight couples who preach about spanking, beating and other physical measures being the only way - even to mentally retarded children to make a point to disagreeing medical professionals - going on to make 12 children they can't handle all at the same time, even if spanking IS all they know (as if that's any excuse.) All to fulfill an obligation that they stand by in the Old Testament? Meanwhile, gay and lesbian couples still have to fight to legally adopt children, as well as raise bio children from surrogates, and women who shouldn't have children due to health concerns can't adopt due to their medical record. I think this is a joke, and we still have so more work to do to change this.

YES! Rude people and people that have very serious diseases that they are going to pass on to their children should not reproduce if the child is not going to have any quality of life, or if the parents cannot provide care and support for the child.

You have to get a license to drive a vehicle.
You have to get a license to cut someones hair.
You have to pass an inspection to run a business or run a restaurant.
And yet, any person can have a child....and as many as they want .....
And then women who are good mothers....(like me) almost die having the ones that they have....IT IS NOT FAIR!!!

YES! I hate it when people that shouldn't have children can pop out a lot of children, while some lady that would be a wonderful mother, can't have any children <3

HECK NO! That would mean that someone would have to decide who could and who couldn't have kids. And I don't even want to think about where that would lead.
