Is Curb Your Enthusiam as funny as Arrest Development?

I'm a HUGE fan of AD with it's nonstop laughs... is CYE the same??

I love boths shows, and even though I think AD is the best TV show ever, CYE is a close second. If you like Seinfeld you will definitely love CYE. Season 3 of CYE was the best with the greatest season finale on any show ever.
