No. It's her husband. William Jefferson Clinton is beloved by the Democratic Party's base. That's one of the reasons that Senator Clinton has not been personally attacked by any of her opponents in this campaign for the party's nomination. The same sort of thing happened in 1968 when Robert Francis Kennedy was trying to seek the nomination. He was the brother of a martyred President and that held back all of RFK's opponents from "going negative" about him.
The real irony in all of this is something worthy of a new episode of "The Twilight Zone". After JFK died, Robert Francis Kennedy sought and became one of the U.S. Senators from New York State. After William Jefferson Clinton left office, Hillary Rodham Clinton sought and became one of the U.S. Senators from New York.

No, i do no longer think of HIllary can also have a shot at president. I do think of that she would be in a position to win the Democratic nomination, over Obama, Edwards, and probable Gore. yet, i think of interior the tip individuals will mutally agree they do no longer look to be yet waiting to have the 1st lady president. For the Republication, I no longer see Giullani beforehand of McCain, yet come election time I see individuals going McCain, because of the great TIME political expierence. Giullini has in uncomplicated terms been a mayor, as McCain is at present a Senator.

She gets the most attention. That's for sure. I would like to see Joe Biden win the nomination although, I think Hillary could hold her own. She is trying to give too much away and it isn't realistic or even very sensible in my opinion. She is losing the average citizen with those sort of promises.

Yes and no.

Yes: for those who agree with her policies and liked her husband (which is a decent amount.)

No: for those who disagree with her policies and for the younger population (it seems that Barack Obama would have more of a connection with the young generation than Hilary.)

I'm just guessing, though. I can't really say or provide hardcore statistics.
