eat ice cream-how's that helping ??? any other ideas cuz if I eat any chocolate rite now it'll leave a bitter taste in my mouth :(

Think positive remember there are still alot of fish in the sea there has to be a reason that this relationship didnt work maybe it will point you to the direction of another one. well goodluck and i hope you feel better.

Excersise will help and new hair color or style ( if you are a girl ), whiten your teeth or do your nails instead of eating.... The best revenge is looking good. After that cut off ALL contact, no text, no emails, no phone calls from him ( or her ), Then only time helps after that... But stay busy.. Take a class, like a salsa dance class, or art class or whatever you might be interested in, go to church, read a book, go out with friends... Anything to keep your mind and body busy except eating

stop thinking about the person who broke your heart
do something fun with your friends like a trip or something
eating a lot of ice cream will do you no good, especially now.. cold weather

time is the only cure for so.

I recommend eating a lot of ice cream, watching horror movies(will make you think of something else) and do exercises.

Go to the gym and do a kickboxing class. Sweating it out at the gym always make me feel better.

put that ice cream down, get in shape and focus on other areas of your life like work, friends, get a hobby

Time ... lots of Time...then Shopping...lots of Shopping...then Time to reflect on what I spent on Shopping...lol...

Well, it's been a while since I've had my heart broken but it worked for me...
