It only does so if it is not washed regularly. (Your feet will smell too if you don't wash them). There is a secretion under the foreskin that aids in lubrication. This can collect if it is not cleaned regularly and is called smegma. All boys should be taught how to clean their penis just as they are taught to brush their teeth or wipe their bums. A clean penis does not smell.

Nevermind, I found it. It has to do with jet neutral beam system performance.
It is an anacronym for "positive ion neutral injectors"....there are eight of them.....propulsionally speaking, that is.
