Be careful with this question, you must understand what it means to be Patriotic...
The term has been stolen here in the US of A. It has been perverted to mean loyalty to the ruling class...
It originally meant loyalty to the foundational ideas of the nation. This was always a problem to those who were rulling as a patriot would stand against them when the ideals of the land were violated in any way. In this way, I am a patriot... attack my country at your loss, but I will not suffer even those who hold the reigns of power to violate the foundational ideals of our nation, thus I burn with anger now at the Leadership of the USA for undermining the Constitution in slow and yet destructive ways....

Most of the Americans are patriotic coz it is easy to be one. All you need is a flag. Wear it, wave it, put it on your car. That's it, I am patriotic. I dont have to care about what is happening outside the US, I dont have to know if children and innocent people are dying all over the world so I can buy cheap gas and go to BBQ. People are fighting for food in many countries and I am watching HBO wearing my American armband with an true American patriotic heart on a nice comfortable leather couch. Ya I am patriotic, just like all of you. I know this msg will upset many. I am not an asshole, I am just trying to tell you about the reality.

Not one bit. I don't believe in patriotism. It serves no purpose but to boast to people in other countries that "we are number one!" "We" being the people that live in the imaginary borders. What is it about the U.S. that's worth boasting about? Freedom? Liberty? Democracy? Why boast when we have our president shoving the ideas that make us "number one" down everybody's throat?
I'm a U.S. citizen.

I pledge my allegiance to the United States of America because it is one nation under God. I'm so patriotic that my family knows if I'm on my dieing bed and the national anthem plays they'd better jack my bed up. I'm so glad to have had the privilege to live here. Thank you God for making me an American.
