Well, absorbance, A, is defined as (molar absorptivity or extinction coefficient)*(concentration)*(path length). So now we have:
1.21 = (130 /M·cm)(concentration)(1.20 cm)
Therefore:
concentration = 1.21/(130*1.20) = 0.00776 (M)
