Most girls ovulate 12-16 days before their next period is due - the length of cycles can vary, the average is 28 days but it could be a lot shorter or longer. The egg only lives for 12-24 hours but sperm can live up to 5 days in the right conditions (when the girl's body is preparing to ovulate) so even if you had unprotected sex 5 days before ovulation it could still result in pregnancy.

ovulation is different in every woman but average is 14 days after the first day of your last period, there is a two day window the is peak for getting pregnant. ill send a like to a website where you fill out you information about your period and it will tell you when your most likely to be ovulating and when your next period is going to be.

Before. It CAN happen that a woman gets pregnant during her period, but it would have to be during the first day or two.
Sometimes we ovulate twice in a month, too, which is why birth control pills should never be the only means of protection!

if i remember correctly 3 days after your period stops. however if you take your temperature every morning and your not sick you will notice a spike of a degree or two this is when you are ovulating if your are thinking about the rhythm method for birth control I've used it most of my life it works if you can stand the 10 days of doing without but sooner or later the two of you will loose track or just decide to chance it and wa-la your pg i have four kids I'm still fertile and wouldn't trade one of them that's what life is all about i also have 8 grand children and in only 52 years old. the best time to get pg is 3 to 10 days after your last day of of your period

Obviously its easiest to get pregnant when she's not on her period. A period is when a girl gets rid of the blood lining that wasn't used for the growth of a child.
Either way a girl could still get pregnant on her period, so always be careful and sue precaution. But don't have sex with her on her period, because she will be very tired, and bloated.

I think it really all depends on the woman. I have heard that it is more common for women to ovulate approximately two weeks into the cycle.

women ovulate on the starting up of their menstruation cycle, technically, a lady can get pregnant at any time for the time of her cycle considering sperm can stay contained in the body for numerous days
