Who would you start Eli Manning or Derek ANderson?

this is actual tougher than it should be. anderson is playing against the miami d which is horrible, and manning is somewhat resurging as the qb he is capable of being. anderson scares me because of interception and manning scares me cause he may not throw that much. i think i would go with anderson, the stars are alligned for him to have huge day. 300 plus yards, 3 td's, will throw 30 times atleast and may have 1 maybe 2 picks.
