I'm 27, is it okay to sleep with a 19-year-old? Is it legal?

In the United States, 18 is the highest age of consent found among the states. (Do you read the responses to your previous questions?)
Eighteen is the age of consent in California.

Parents cannot give consent for their children to be raped. Lack of parental approval cannot turn legal sex into statutory rape. Imagine if a 24 year old gave a 21 year old a can of beer. Should the 24 year old be arrested for giving alcohol to an underage person? Of course not, once the 21 year old is legal, he or she stays legal even if an older person provides the beer. Age of consent laws work the same way. Once you're legal, you're legal. Nobody arrests a 30 year old for having sex with a 27 year old, because both are older than the age of consent.

Don't know there but here it is 16 for oral and 18 for anal. That is for same sex. Double standard here as sexual consent for Heterosexuals is 14.
You can drink here when you are 19.You can drive when your 16 and a 19 year old knows right from wrong.
So I would think it should be perfectly legal to sleep with a 19 year old.
California is quite progressive so would think it is ok.

That depends on the country or State you are in. In Australia and the UK, the Age of Consent is 16. In some parts of the USA and some other countries it is 18. In some parts of Europe it is 13. In some countries all extra-marital sex is illegal but you can marry young.
Find out the local laws. You could be perfectly OK in one country but go to gaol as a sex offender in others. 19 sounds as if it should be fine but I don't know all the State laws in the USA and there are some very backward States.

The AOC in California is 18. No state has an age of consent over 18 (except in cases of relationships involving positions of authority such as teachers).
