how come everytime my friend says she has sex it hurts at first (she only did it like 7 times) and then afterwards she sees a little bit of red (blood) when she wipes that area( but only for a little while)

Well, it could be a number of things.
There could not be enough lubrication and the dryness causes the irritation and pain and the dryness can also cause small tears on the vaginal wall, thus causing the blood. The dryness can also be caused perhaps because there is not enough foreplay involved and the body doesn't have time to produce natural lubrication. Maybe she is having sex with a man that has a larger member and this causes the pain.
There also some illness that can cause painful sex also. Vagintis, HPV, pelvic inflammatory disease can all be the cause of painful sex.
I hope that your friend is practiciting safe sex and illness is not the case. She should try using some lubrication and take some time before jumping right in to having sex. If this doesn't help she needs to go to the doctor and be tested for these diseases to see if that is the cause.

her cervix is sensitive to the friction from the sex. your friend needs to not be alarmed, but since she is now sexually active she should consider getting a pap smear done to take care of her sexual health.
seven times is not many times and if she is not well lubricated when she is having sex it will make her opening sore and if the guy isn't very good at what he is doing he may be hitting her cervix and pelvic a bit hard and this will create discomfort for your friend.
