Innocent until proven guilty, if there was enough evidence to prove he was guilty he should have been arrested and in police custody, if the evidence was circumstantial and he was just being accused, then maybe the pressures of that drove him to it, maybe he was mentally ill, there are a lot of other details to a situation like this, innocent people go to prison a lot based on circumstantial evidence and guilty people walk the street because there is not enough evidence to convict them. BUT if you decide that death (even by their own hand ) is a good punishment for someone accused of a crime without due process, then you open the way for people to start killing others they think might be guilty instead of wasting the tax payers money. That is why we pay taxes for these services, if you were accused of a crime would you rather kill yourself, to save the tax payers money, or receive a fair trial?

I am, but I wish the guy would've faced the music so he could go visit Bubba in prison. That wuss took the easy way out. I don't think that's twisted at all. What I'd do is put splinters under his fingernails and then pull em off one by one...

Sad for the wife and kids, but yeh glad he done it to himself...probably would have been better if he was incarsorated so that the other inmates could have a go at him.

Well I have to say anyone who does that is a very ill person - normal people don't kill - can't say I'm glad - but it doesn't make you twisted. I suppose if you think there was something mentally ill about the man then it would make it easier to understand.

Well that saved the government taxes and money...Its a shame that it came down to that..Communication is one thing that has broken down over the years..That is one thing that we as humans need to improve ..Im not sad or glad.

No, it doesn't make me glad. It said he had one child that he turned loose. That child will always suffer. Besides, he took the easy way out. In prison, he would REALLY pay for what he did. The men in prison will not let these losers have any peace. To bad they didn't catch him.

The only reason I wouldn't be glad is because he should have bumped himself off first.

Well, I'm glad that HE is dead but I wish the police could have pushed him to do himself in a lot sooner -- say ten minutes...?
