Don't get me wrong, he's a great quarterback, but it seems that he makes at least one appearance every commercial break...and sometimes two! Isn't anybody at Gatorade, Xbox, Sony, nflshop.com, DirectTV, Sprint, ESPN, or MasterCard ever heard the term "Oversaturation"? Hopefully Manning won't be the next Jim McMahon. Thanks for letting me vent.

At least he's earned the publicity, unlike Reggie Bush...

I can't stand Manning much as a player, I think he is overrated (anyone with Marvin Harrison could have had a similar career).
But even though he is annoying, you still have to admit that his commercial's are kinda funny the first couple times. The Visa one, where he's rooting for regular people, was my favorite ("Hey, can you sign this for my little brother? He's a big fan of yours!") He has that big Southern doofus kind of vibe going on the commercials, so as long as he doesn't have to do much, anything he does is slightly humorous.
Its just that, like all commercials, they reach the point where they aren't funny anymore, and then they get played 3 million more times anyway.

It's like he's moving into your living room and then he does a commercial where he intrudes on a family watching TV. He has figuratively and literally for that commercial family moved into our living rooms.

Yeah, I know. But he is making a lot of money
in that dept. also. He most likely has so much
money now that he could buy Michael Jordon.

I totally agree. I have been sick of it for awhile, and sadly it is getting worse.
