my friend has her period for 45 days at a time! i told her to go to the docter and the doctor said that she has to go to the woman docter. but her mom wont take her there cus she said that she is too young. i told her that its an emergancy but her mom still thinks its too young to go. she is thirteen

ok, ur friend needs to c a doctor ASAP. I saw one (im 13) about heavy periods. It doesnt matter ur age if its this kinda prob. theres something definattley wrong here. its like the other dude said-hemmoraging or internal bleeding, she's sick and needs proffesional help now! she'll get anemia (iron deficiency) very bad. she should listen to wat that doctor said

The child will be anemic, if she isn't already, and all kinds of problems come with that. If she is to grow up healthy, she must see a gynecologist. Sometimes Planned Parenthood has a clinic that's free, and sometimes the County will have a health clinic that's free. Have your friend talk to her school nurse, and ask the nurse to call Mom and tell her what will happen if this nonsense isn't stopped.

if it's 45 days it's not a period, it's hemorrhaging. she needs to go to the doctor ASAP
