The position is general labourer at a printing company. Can I pack work clothes and shoes in a bag and put it in my car? I could go change if they ask me to start work. What about lunch? Should I pack or not?

You will not be asked to start immediately after an interview you will also have some paperwork to fill out before you start work. It is an interview and they no doubt have others that are interviewing relax

Does it hurt to pack a lunch? You'll probably eat lunch anyway so if you don't start right away, you'll still eat it. Same with clothes and if they're in your car, the potential employer won't see them. It's more impressive if you plan ahead than not planning at all.

Do you want the job or not?.... go prepared... take a change of clothes and a packed lunch.... if you are offered the job then you are ready... if you don't get the job then you've lost nothing... maybe a few quid for your lunch... so what... at least you would of been ready...bye bye

If you think there's a possibility that it might happen then it's best to be prepared. You could pack something just in case also, maybe pack something that won't spoil easily. Good Luck!
