2(x + 1) = 3x - 3
2x + 2 = 3x - 3 {distribute the 2}
- x + 2 = - 3 {subtract 3x from both sides)
- x = - 5 {subtract 2 from both sides}
x = 5 {divide both sides by -1}

properly Your fixing For X First You p.c.. the bottom variety Thats no longer With A Variable (X) And Subtract It From the different the following pass's :) 4x+7=3x+18 ^ ^ they are extra To the Variables, yet, we settle on to Do the finished opposite which may be Subtraction/. So... 7-18=11 that is How Your situation ought to look: 4x=3x+11 because We Moved the 7 To the right aspect Of The equivalent signal then you Do You Variables the bottom one Is 3 And Plus Its on the aspect With The variety That Doesnt Have A Vairable. So.... 4x-3x=x by no skill placed 1x! x Is Already a million that is Your ending effect x=11 And Your finished :)) wish This Helped Ya ;) in case you opt for more suitable help.. Inbox Me :) xxxx

2(x + 1) = 3x - 3
Remove parentheses getting:
2x+2 =3x -3
Move x terms to RHS and numbers to LHS changing signs
2+3 = 3x-2x
Add like terms gettig
5 = x

2(x+1)=3x-3
2x+2=3x-3
subtract 3x on both sides which is -x+2= -3
subtract 2 on both sides which is -x= -5
you can't have a -x so dived -1 on both sides
x=5

Good luck!
