Why would anybody in their right mind want to get into polygamy? It's hard enough to cope in a relationship with the one person, so let alone get into a marriage with many other women?
To each their own.
In some country it does work, because it's a mean to make sure some women have someone to look after them, besides, I guess if the group of women the guy sleeps with is maintained then the risks of STD is lower.
Still, it's not my cup of tea at all. I am a one woman for One man only.
But, to each its own! Provided they know what they are doing.

If I can't be the only WOMAN in my marriage, then I ain't gonna be in it. And in my opinion, any woman worth her salt would tell you the same thing. My first husband was insulting to me enough to try & introduce a second woman into it. I flat out said, "I'd rather be homeless than live here with you". I packed up my stuff, picked up the baby & left for good.

I have absolutely no problem with multiple marriages in principle, but in practice it's usually a thin veil for child sexual abuse, as well as mental and physical abuse of powerless young women by men running isolated communities strictly for their own benefit. It's better just to keep it illegal.

I don't know what your question is, but "polygamy groups" seems redundant.
