Walk, walk walk. Go for at least a 1/2 hour a day on a brisk walk... if you can stand doing an hour, than do an hour.
The other thing you can do is mom and baby Yoga. Lots of community centres offer it.

hi there, don't think there's any quick fix other than an op,or a personal trainer if u can afford it.
U have 2 remember it took 9months 4 your stomach 2 get big enough to home a baby, its going 2 take at least 9 months to get back 2 your original figure.
Other than that exercise and eat healthy.Don't let it get u down after all u have a beautiful baby 2 look after, which is well worth the sacrifice of a nice figure.
Congratulations as well :)

the "to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you ate" is a little misguided. You simply have to use more calories than you eat. A lot of calories are burned by your daily lifestyle. You will not lose an entire belly in two weeks. You cannot target fat loss. You have to lose if from your entire body to lose if from your stomach. But a quick fix is to cut out all salts before you need to where this shirt this will keep you from retaining water. But the only true way to do it is with diet and exercise.

Only hard work will do it. Low fat diet, lots of exercise. I managed it after both mine and then thought to hang with this and got back into the cheesecake and wine. You need some comfort in life when you have two kids driving you mad all day! Good luck.

Well you have to wait a few weeks or so before you start exercising. drink lots of water. Go for walks, ride a bike,
takes the stairs instead of elevator

Oh don't worry too much. It will go back, just give it a little time. Enjoy your baby and breast feed if poss, you can feel your muscles contracting and tightening.
