I would not crawl down into their level. Just keep hanging up the phone. Exchanging heated cuss words isn't very mature, and won't win your side of the story.

The best thing to do is NOT feeding into the person. They want you to go off and swear at them. Have you ever heard of the saying "kill them with kindness". Just go along with it but don't be mean. They will eventually stop when they realize it's not working.

Just tell her how pathetic she is for wasting her time obsessing over calling you, then tell her it's illegal and you're setting it up to record so if she keeps it up she'll go to jail. Tell her you've already talked to the cops and they said to get a recording and bring it to them. That should scare her into leaving you alone.

you shouldn't flip out on her. when she calls go along with it and say oh my gosh i totally agree. and then she will get sick of it and not want to call you anymore. all she is looking for is trouble and you should really not show her that you care a lot about it.
