Going to a football game and parking REALLY far away so you can walk together and huddle up to keep warm. Then after the game go to a nice country restaurant and eat some "comfort food". Like Cracker Barrel. Sit by the fireplace if you can. Go home and watch a scary movie and drink tea or hot chocolate until the other has to go. If you're ready for intimacy, there's nothing like jumpin in the the bed with those cool sheets and fighting over them "covers".
Cold days are perfect for intimacy and getting close. I love 'em.

First a bundled up walk outside in the park, or ice skating if it's cold enough
Then some warm apple cider or hot chocolate, a big ol' blanket, a couch, a fireplace, and some serious snugglin'.

Bicycle riding the hundred miles of trails in my town.
Fishing at the lake.
going for a drive in the country.
Snuggling on the sofa watching football with my husband.
Going out to dinner at a nice restaurant in the mountains that has an awesome fireplace.

I am so impressed with that football cuddling answer. For her, I'd sacrifice halftime and the third quarter. *Wink*
I like skiing, walking around a place meant for tourists with my lady, having some hot chocolate and creme de menthe, and, well, the third quarter.
